1. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

2. Payments are to be made within 2 days after confirmation. Otherwise, the item(s) will be sold to the other customer.

FIRST COMES, FIRST SERVES BASIS.

3. NO back-out buyer.

4. Postage charges will be paid by customer.

5. We will be using Poslaju Malaysia. Postage to destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for 500g and RM3 for the next 250g.

However, Sabah and Sarawak cost is about RM9 for 500g and added with RM4 for the next 250g.

6. Item(s) are NOT exchangeable or refundable. Colours of stock may be varied from what is illustrated in the picture shown in the website.

7. We will NOT be liable for any damages or loss caused during shipping of item(s).
